Flag Football

The City of Altamonte Springs hosts one of the largest Flag Football leagues in Central Florida. The program is open to residents as well as non-residents and is conducted in a recreational environment. We promote "The Equal Play Rule" in which participants play an equal amount of time. Players are selected for teams through a player placement workout, which creates parity throughout the league. The season runs from August through mid-November.
