Westmonte Civic Center
The City of Altamonte Springs offers two civic center facilities for use by the community: Eastmonte Civic Center and Westmonte Civic Center. Both facilities can accommodate functions such as receptions, banquets, conferences, meetings, and other community events.
The Westmonte Civic Center is 2,620 square feet and can accommodate functions such as receptions, banquets, conferences, meetings and other community events. Westmonte Civic Center is located at 624 Bills Lane, in Altamonte Springs. This auditorium can accommodate 120 guests when arranged banquet style and 150 guests theater style. The Civic Center rental includes a limited number of the tables and chairs, a stage, a full kitchen and and an ice machine. Patrons make their own arrangements for catering, music, beverages, decorations, ect. You can also request to use our microphones and/or our TV/VCR/DVD and/or our projector screen.
The rental fee for the auditorium is $100 an hour plus tax, plus a $150 security deposit ($300 security deposit if you are serving alcohol). When planning an event, patron’s rental time must be sufficient to include all time needed for decorating, set up and clean up. Alternate rates may apply for non-profit and community groups.
