Eastmonte Civic Center
The Eastmonte Civic Center is 3,000 square feet and can accommodate functions such as receptions, banquets, conferences, meetings and other community events. The Eastmonte Civic Center is located south of SR 436 on Ronald Reagan Boulevard, in Altamonte Springs. The auditorium can accommodate 200 guests when arranged banquet style and 300 guests theater style. The Civic Center rental includes a limited number of the tables and chairs, a stage, a full kitchen and and an ice machine. Patrons make their own arrangements for catering, music, beverages, decorations, ect. You can also request to use our microphones and/or our TV/VCR/DVD and/or our projector screen. This center also has two meeting rooms, one can seat up to 50 people and the other can seat up to 25 people.
The rental fee for the auditorium is $100 an hour plus tax, plus a $150 security deposit ($300 security deposit if you are serving alcohol beverages). When planning an event, patron’s rental time must be sufficient to include all time needed for decorating, set up and clean up. Alternate rates may apply for non-profit and community groups.
